Lead engineer and founder. Rodger works with customers on design, offering guidance on specifications and overall costing. He manages all customer engagements from inception to delivery and beyond.
Laurie Fossati
Responsible for the smooth running of the factory. His role includes procurement and day-to-day project management.

Administration and accounts are the bedrock of a successful business, and this falls to Tanya, who manages these vital functions.
